All participating videos are submitted online, and the maximum length of videos is 3 minutes.

Each group has a certificate of "Distinction", "Merit" and "Participation", and there is no limit to the number of places

Winners of each group apply for certificates and medals according to their individual needs
Award application fee:
Certificate – HK$60 (includes one local trackable mail or courier fee)
Electronic Certificate - HK$50 (PDF file will be sent by email for non-Hong Kong contestants to choose)
Medal - HK$100 (Included once local traceable mail or courier fee)

Participants with "Distinction" or "Merit" results in the preliminary round will be eligible for the final.
Finals

The final registration fee is HK$250 (including awards of finals and once local traceable mail or courier fee)

Each group has one champion, one 1st runner-up, and one 2nd runner-up, and there is no limit to the number of gold, silver, bronze, merit, and participation awards.

The champion, 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up of each group will receive a trophy and a certificate.
-
Winners of the gold, silver and bronze awards in each category will receive a trophy and a certificate.

Winners of the Merit and Participation Awards in each category will receive a certificate.
***If the prize is sent to a non-local mailing address, the participant will be required to pay the relevant additional mailing fee.

In response to the requirements of overseas participants, in order to reduce the cost of overseas mailing, starting from March 31, 2021, the default mailing method in all Asia regions will be changed to "Surface Registered Mail". The award application link will be sent out at the same time as the results announcement email. After the winners have paid the payment, they can click the link to complete the online application and upload the payment proof at the same time.

Rules:
This competition will be conducted in accordance with the "Comprehensive Competition Rules" of the above ‧ culture and the rules of this competition. Once the participants register, they have understood and agreed to abide by all the rules.
All submitted links, files and documents, if they cannot be identified, searched, opened, downloaded or played, will not be processed.
Only one game clip can be uploaded for each competition, and the clip can be shot with a normal smartphone or camcorder. Please note that you need to shoot in a quiet environment.
At the beginning of each segment, the contestant must first clearly state the contestant's full name (can be read in English, Mandarin or Cantonese).
The camera must be taken from the front, and the face and upper body of the contestant must be clearly shown in the footage.
The video of the competition cannot be edited and no post-production in any form is allowed, otherwise the qualification for the competition will be disqualified.
All video clips of the competition can only be submitted once. Once uploaded or submitted, they cannot be re-uploaded or submitted.
After the results of the contest are announced, some of the contestants' contestants may upload on the contest website, Facebook page or other online platforms to share the winning footage.
Once the contest footage is submitted, it means that the contestant agrees that the contest will use the contest footage for promotional activities related to the club, including but not limited to websites, social platforms, publications, and public broadcasts, etc., without requiring the contestants' consent and payment. Fees, and reserve the final decision on the use of fragments.
